So... we had a bit of a scheduling oops the last month. Apologies to anyone who was looking for word prompts.

Which brings me to a question I have. Is anyone still reading this comm or making use of it? We're certainly game to continue posting words, but lately it seems as though we're tossing those words into a vacuum. We're open to suggestions for how to improve the comm or generate more interest. If you have any ideas, please leave us a comment here or contact one of the mods to let us know.

Don't look at the word until you are ready to write. When your fifteen minutes are up and you have completed your ficlet, you may either post it as a response here, or post a link to the ficlet in your own journal. If posting on your own journal, please hide the prompt word in some way (ie. under an LJ-cut) in order to avoid spoiling it for others.

I follow the prompts - but haven't had time to write anything from the prompts due to other writing commitments. Would it be worth some promotion on the dw_community_promo or in other comms to generate fresh interest and newcomers?
