Please, someone tell me why my lj cut keeps failing? I'm doing it right (I triple-checked in the FAQs) but it keeps posting the ficlet uncut. Also, I will remove it if asked. I just want to stop fiddling with it but don't want to delete the comment and look like a troll >_

LJ cuts are for posts rather than comments, so that's why it's not appearing here. But that's OK, because you don't need to cut comments on prompt word posts - the only place we ask for you to use an LJ cut is on your own journal so you can obscure the prompt word for anyone who might want to use it later. Hope that helps. :)
